Read this if you care about children and teens
I am appalled by President Bush's veto of the Children's Healthcare Bill. $35 billion dollars over 5 years to provide health care for needy children and teens is a bargain compared to the billions and billions of dollars spent on the war in Iraq, killing who knows how many innocent civilians, including who knows how many children and teens. Why does our president condone killing Iraqi children and teens while refusing to provide health care to American children and teens?

Balance
I often find it difficult to achieve balance.
I need enough sleep, the nutritious food in appropriate portions, plenty of exercise,
and time to relax. It sounds easy; however, it is sometimes a challenge.
My schedule is very busy; however, it is sometimes a challenge to let things go.
I'm going to try this: I will not use the computer past 11:00 pm. I believe that this will improve my sleep habits.
